Lima.- El Martes 19, a
las 12:30 M, PERUPETRO SA firma tres importantes
convenios cuyo objetivo principal es estudiar y
descubrir el potencial en hidrocarburos de
varias zonas de nuestro país.

El primero de ellos es el Convenio de Evaluación
de Recursos de Hidrocarburos No Convencionales
del Área XIL, La Brea de Chumpi, ubicado entre
Arequipa y Ayacucho, a celebrarse entre
PERUPETRO SA y el consorcio Alto Petroleum Inc.
The first is the Convention for the Evaluation

objetivo que el Consorcio efectúe un estudio
detallado e integral del área, para la
cuantificación de los recursos de hidrocarburos
no convencionales y sus posibilidades
comerciales y presentar los resultados de las
pruebas de recuperación de productos, que
incluya al diesel, a partir de las muestras de
bitumen extraídas y analizadas.

Consortium undertake a detailed and
comprehensive study of the area, for the
quantification of unconventional hydrocarbon
resources and its commercial potential and
present the results of tests recovery products,

Regionales para determinar el potencial de

del Convenio: Área I, II, III y IV cuya longitud
abarca desde Piura hasta Lima.
